1What the error means
SMA inverters often show sporadic faults during operation. At Aineas we guarantee the prompt repair of your inverter, with a repair warranty. We also guarantee a fast response: from the moment the inverter arrives at our lab we need just 24 hours to repair it and test it fully. With state-of-the-art switching power supplies that fully simulate the output curves of photovoltaic modules we can measure the efficiency of each MPPT, ensuring that the inverter will keep operating exactly as it did on the first day of its installation.

2What to do
- Note the code and the inverter model (nameplate on the side of the unit).
- Switch off the grid (AC) breaker and switch it on again after 2–3 minutes.
- If the error returns or keeps recurring, do not keep restarting the unit — contact us for a diagnosis.
3Repair by Aineas
You send the inverter to our lab in Thessaloniki. We diagnose it, inform you of the fault and the cost, and the repair starts only after you approve it. Every inverter is tested under simulated operating conditions before delivery.
