1What the error means
The grid voltage was out of range before connection. The Sunny Boy waits for the voltage to return to the permitted range before connecting.
2Possible causes
- High or low grid voltage
- Voltage drop on the AC cable
- Fault in the voltage measurement
3What to do
- Measure the grid voltage at the point of connection.
- If the voltage is normal and the fault remains, check the measuring circuit.
