1What the error means
The display shows "Self-diagnosis" or "Interference device" and the red LED lights up. When the fault occurs, the inverter does not feed in energy.
If the message does not lead to significant yield losses, e.g. because it appears only briefly during the start-up or shutdown procedure, no further action is required. The cause in this case is the fluctuating PV power at the lower limit.
However, if the message appears repeatedly or continuously, even after a full restart, you will need to send us the inverter for the fault to be diagnosed.
2What to do
- Note the code and the inverter model (nameplate on the side of the unit).
- Switch off the grid (AC) breaker and switch it on again after 2–3 minutes.
- If the error returns or keeps recurring, do not keep restarting the unit — contact us for a diagnosis.
