1. Safety warning — please read it
Work on solar PV installations and on inverters is dangerous. The direct current (DC) side remains live as long as there is light, even with the grid breaker switched off, and can cause fatal electric shock or an arc flash.
- Any inspection, measurement or intervention must be carried out only by a licensed electrician or a qualified technician, with the appropriate protective equipment.
- Never open the inverter's enclosure. Apart from the danger, you also void the manufacturer's warranty.

2. The content is for information
The error code database and the other technical texts on the website are published for information. They do not constitute repair instructions, an engineering study or personalised technical advice for your own installation.
- The descriptions come from the manufacturers' manuals and from the experience of our lab. A code may mean different things depending on the model, series or firmware version.
- The true cause of a fault can only be established by inspecting the specific unit and installation.
- We make every effort to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or absolute correctness.
