1What the error means
The inverter is limiting its active power because of high grid voltage. It is not a fault: it reduces output so as not to raise the voltage at the point of connection any further. You will see reduced output during peak hours.
2Possible causes
- High grid voltage at the point of connection
- Large voltage drop on the AC cable
- Several inverters on the same grid section
3What to do
- Measure the voltage at the point of connection while the inverter is feeding in.
- Check the cross-section and length of the AC cable.
- If the grid voltage is permanently high, notify the grid operator.
