1What the error means
Event number 3 indicates that the 10-minute average of the grid voltage has exceeded the permitted range because the grid voltage or the grid impedance at the connection point is too high.The inverter disconnects from the utility grid to maintain power quality.Once the 10-minute average of the grid voltage returns to the permitted range, the inverter reconnects automatically after the grid monitoring time specified in the country standard.
2What to do
- Note the code and the inverter model (nameplate on the side of the unit).
- Switch off the grid (AC) breaker and switch it on again after 2–3 minutes.
- If the error returns or keeps recurring, do not keep restarting the unit — contact us for a diagnosis.
