1What the error means
The power stage is defective. Repair is required — it is not cleared by a restart.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as FS 95 / FS 96.

- Fault in an IGBT or its drive circuits
- Overcurrent or short circuit
- Thermal stress
3What to do
- Do not attempt repeated restarts — there is a risk of further damage.
- Disconnect the inverter and have it checked in our lab.
Codes covered
This fault appears with the codes FS 95, FS 96. The manufacturer documents them as a single fault — the number indicates the stage or the phase in which it was detected.
