1What the error means
Protective shutdown by the hardware, on AC over-voltage or over-current or DC link over-voltage. A hardware shutdown indicates a more serious event than the corresponding software one.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as FS 36.
2Possible causes
- Fault on the power or control board
- Worn capacitors
- Damage from overvoltage — lightning or grid
3What to do
- Switch off AC and DC, wait 2–3 minutes and restart once.
- If the code returns, it cannot be fixed on site — it needs diagnosis in our lab.
