1What the error means
There is a fault in the power stage of the inverter.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as FS 67.
2Possible causes
- Fault in an IGBT or its drive circuits
- Overcurrent or short circuit
- Thermal stress
3What to do
- Do not attempt repeated restarts — there is a risk of further damage.
- Disconnect the inverter and have it checked in our lab.
