1What the error means
The grid and installation protection (ENS) tripped and the inverter disconnected from the grid.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as FS 17.
2Possible causes
- Grid outage or instability
- Tripped fuse or RCD, or lost phase
- Loose AC connection
- Wrong grid parameters
3What to do
- Check the fuses, the RCD and the AC switch.
- Check the AC cable connections.
- Confirm that the correct country setting is selected.
- If it recurs with no obvious cause on the grid, the inverter needs to be checked.
