The following error codes of REFUsol inverters belong to the same fault family: phase fault. Find the code shown by your inverter in the table and see what it means.

- One phase missing or interrupted
- Tripped fuse on one phase
- Unbalanced grid
3What to do
- Measure all three phases at the inverter.
- Check the fuses on each phase.
- If all three phases are normal, check the measuring circuit.
