- Error code
- 279–292
- Category
- Phase failure
- Manufacturer
- KOSTAL
- Models
- Piko / Plenticore
1What the error means
Phase disconnection is not correct. The inverter detected that one phase is missing or does not disconnect as it should. Codes 279 to 292 describe the same fault per phase.
2Possible causes
- One phase missing or interrupted
- Tripped fuse on one phase
- Unbalanced grid
3What to do
- Measure all three phases at the inverter.
- Check the fuses on each phase.
- If all three phases are normal, check the measuring circuit.
Codes covered
This fault appears with the codes 279–292. The manufacturer documents them as a single fault — the number indicates the stage or the phase in which it was detected.
