1What the error means
The inverter detected that the neutral is not connected. Without a correct neutral connection it is not allowed to feed the grid and stops immediately.
2Possible causes
- Neutral not connected or loose
- Phase and neutral reversed
- AC wiring error
3What to do
- Disconnect the supply and check the neutral and phase connections.
- The work must be done by a licensed electrician.
- Measure the continuity of the neutral back to the distribution board.
