1What the error means
Fault in the DC/DC circuit, as detected by the inverter stage. It concerns the boost converter before the power bridge.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as DC/DC Fail.
2Possible causes
- Fault on the power or control board
- Worn capacitors
- Damage from overvoltage — lightning or grid
3What to do
- Switch off AC and DC, wait 2–3 minutes and restart once.
- If the code returns, it cannot be fixed on site — it needs diagnosis in our lab.
