1What the error means
General system alarm (System Alarm) on the SG110, SG250 and SG350: the inverter reports a fault without attributing it to a specific circuit. It is an indication the user cannot resolve — diagnosis is needed to find the real cause.
On the display or in the monitoring software it appears as System Alarm.
2Possible causes
- Fault on the power or control board
- Worn capacitors
- Damage from overvoltage — lightning or grid
3What to do
- Note the code and the model, and check in iSolarCloud whether it is accompanied by another fault.
- Switch off AC and DC, wait 2–3 minutes and restart once.
- If the alarm returns, we take on fault 71 — the diagnosis is done in our lab in Thessaloniki.
