1What the error means
PV1 input overcurrent (PV1 Input Over-current): the current on the first DC input exceeded the maximum permitted.
2Possible causes
- Incorrect string sizing — too much current
- Short circuit on the DC side
- Fault in the inverter's input circuit
3What to do
- Measure the current of each string and compare it with the inverter's limit.
- Check the DC cables for a short circuit.
- If the PV generator is fine, the input stage needs to be checked in our lab.
