The fault

When the WebBox stops, monitoring stops too

The WebBox collects the data from the SMA inverters in your PV system. When it fails, the inverters keep producing, but you can no longer see anything.

We handle the Sunny WebBox in both versions, Bluetooth and RS485.

Typical reasons to send it to us:

it does not power up or keeps restarting
it does not connect to the network or Sunny Portal
it cannot find the inverters in the installation
it loses or does not store data

What we do

Diagnosis and repair on the bench

The unit is tested in our lab, we find the real cause of the fault, and you are told the cost before anything starts. The repair begins only after you approve it.

Diagnosis is usually completed within 48 hours. If the repair goes ahead, the diagnosis is not charged. The repair comes with a six-month warranty.
